Skin Food as Nature Intended

We are proud to be part of the beauty movement that is rebuilding awareness around the origins of skincare products. 80% of the skin’s quality is due to the nourishment it receives so we place importance on sourcing the very best natural ingredients for our collection.

Our believe that sustainable beauty is the future of beauty, emphasizes our commitment to supporting local French farmers. It ensures ingredients are sustainably grown and harvested, minimizing their environmental impact and reducing the carbon footprint whilst delivering a fresher and higher-quality active for our innovative formulations. In supporting regenerative agriculture we can make a difference and help restore biodiversity, a key requirement in the fight against climate change.

Our approach was not to copy others but to connect the health and beauty category with our In&Out collection of nutricosmetics and skincare that are formulated to act more efficiently together. Cultiv is designed to work on both sides of the skin, outside via the epidermis and inside through improving supply of vital minerals and vitamins via blood vessels to the dermis and hypodermis.

Our Mission: we don’t follow the rules, we invent new ones to demonstrate how a naturally-inspired product can not only compete but outclass a synthetic standard when it comes to efficacy.

What is In&Out beauty ?

Skin has Two Sides – Feed them Both !

IN

Nutrients, minerals, vitamins arrive in the skin through blood vessels. To help ensure the optimal benefit of our active ingredients is delivered at this cellular level we micro-encapsulate specific actives to retain their skin-improving value.
Effects: in-depth diffusion, regeneration of cells, long term result thanks to the reactivation of cells.

OUT

Cosmetics enhance the skin through proactive replenishment of the skin’s moisture levels and helping to restore its natural barrier functions.
Effects: localised and targeted actions with both short and long-term benefits in health and appearance of the skin

Beta Vulgaris

Beetroot is a typically french vegetable. Many varieties are cultivated in french countryside for livestock feed, produce sugar of for human consumption. The most famous one, is the one we eat : red beetroot.

Cultivated in open field and harvested in the autumn, the beet is found in all our cupboards throughout the year thanks to its ease of preservation. France is the fourth wolrdwide producer.

NWe have chosen beetroot for its richness in active ingredients that are antioxidants and hydrating.

Its super molecules

Betaïne : is a very powerful osmoprotecteur that is to say, a molecule synthesized by plants to regulate the flow of water between their cells. For example, in case of temperature drops, betaine maintains the water of the cells to increase the resistance to frost.

Anthocyanes & Bétalaïnes : if the beetroot stains everything, it is thanks to them. These pigments ranging from red to purple are part of the large family of polyphenols. They protected the plant from excess light, attract pollinating insects and repel the predators.

What is COSMOS ORGANIC ?
LThe new European organic label was developed through consultation with the various pre-existing organic labels. COSMO ORGANIC imposes a strict formualtion charter with 2 key values : 95% natural ingredients and 20% from organic farming.

What does AB mean ?
Agriculture Biologique is the french orgaic label for food and food supplements. They must made up of 100% organic and 100% plant-based active ingredients. It's up to us to create super concentrated vegetable extracts ! This is why there are no raw vitamins or minerals in our formulas but only extracts rich in molecules of interest.

Clean beauty

Silicones, parabens, phenoxyethanol, synthetic dye... So many complicated terms !
Organic certification automatically excludes a huge number of molecules for their impact on health and/or environment - the list is a long one !

Our formulas are good for you, but also sensoriel, effective and reliable.
There is no miracle but only intelligent formulas made up of 20 to 30 ingredients. COmplexity becomes quality when ingredients are chosen carefully.

Efficiency matters to us.
CThat's why we value our products by using stringent tests carried out by dermatologists. It is the interests of transparency towards our consumers that we have carried out this approach completely voluntarily.

But that's not all, we are continually improving our formulas behind the scenes.

Made in France

Organic is good but local organic is better !
It means accepting the seasonal cycle of cultures. To tell yoiu the truth, it also delayed our launch, the beets were not ready in june...

Why go far and look for what we know how to do well at home ?
NWe are fortunate to have committed farmers, state-of-the-art R1D laboratories and conscientious production plants, so working with them was a no-brainer !
We are still too small to be able to source our packaging exclusively from France, but we are working on it.

We recycle

Yes to recycled plastic !
We choose recycled plastic for our packaging to limit our ecological footprints, when our oceans are already full of waste. Our packaging isn't pristine white, but who said grey wasn't sexy ?

Good bye cardboard that are just thrown into the trash.
Our products are delivered without secondary packaging in their pretty tubes or bottles, which also include application instructions.

We travel light.
We deliver our products in brown paper bags, inside a small box.

Do the right thing with us !
Our packagings are recyclable except for the pumps and pipettes.
